Shipping and Refund Policy

Mail Order Costs

$5.40 per item ParcelPost Tracked anywhere in New Zealand (if your parcel exceeds the size and weight that qualifies for the $5.40 you will be contacted by customer service with a new shipping rate).

Unless –

You spend over $150

Then we will post your purchases free of charge by a tracked service.

We will try our best to have your parcel to you within 7 working days from receipt of payment, unless you are advised otherwise due to delays. Orders paid by cheque will be posted after payment has cleared. Orders received after Noon will be processed the next working day.

If you need to receive your order quickly, you may also use New Zealand Post Courier service which has a target of the next working day. This, according to NZ Post, is a target only, and they do not guarantee that the item will be delivered on the next working day. Orders received after 12.00 noon will not be processed for Next Day Courier that day. They will be collected by the Courier the next business day for delivery the following day. Delivery to rural and remote areas may take longer. For those of you who are unsure, a working day is Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Post and Delivery Outside of New Zealand

Australia:

We send to Australia via Toll Global. This service, costing $9.90, is prompt and reliable with door to door delivery, and usually takes 3-5 business days. We recommend this option as it is speedy and reliable. Please note that Toll are unable to deliver to a PO Box, and a physical address is required. They do have Authority To Leave at your specified address, so there is no requirement for you to collect from a Depot.

Orders sent by ordinary International Airmail are untrackable, and once sent we are unable to guarantee their delivery. Delivery time targets to Australia are usually up to 10 business days from despatch, but please note that there are often additional delays in Customs of several days.

Orders to the Pacific region will be sent by International Par Avion Air. Orders to the Pacific region will take 6-10 business days from the date of despatch. Your order will, however, take longer if an item you require is out of stock. We will contact you if this situation occurs and advise you of an approximate time of delivery.

Some countries charge duties/customs on imported goods. Immunecare is unable to take any responsibility for these charges, or advise what they may be. Please check with your local customs department if you have any concerns. We also have no control over how long your parcel will take to clear your country’s Customs.

International Express Service for Urgent Orders

If an order is required urgently, we are able to post goods using our International ExpressCourier service. Parcels sent by International Express will reach destinations in 4-5 days from time of despatch. This service is more expensive than International Air Post. If you need your order urgently, please let us know and we will email you details of the extra postage charges.

Delivery Problems

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived after the estimated arrival times, please contact us. We will inform our courier service to begin a trace. If your parcel is not traced within 30 days you will be compensated for the value of your purchases plus postage or if you prefer, a replacement order can be sent.

Bought something and it’s not quite what you were after?

We’ve all done it!!! If you do purchase a product from us and discover it wasn’t exactly what you’re after let us know and we will exchange it or give you a store credit.

All items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging within 10 days of purchase (21 days for overseas customers).

If an item is faulty please return to us with your receipt and an exchange or a full refund will be given.

Please note that postage is not refundable on returned items. If the product is faulty we will resend another free of charge on receipt of the faulty item, all other returns are at your expense.

Are there any guarantees when buying online?

Yes there are! When you buy stuff online from a New Zealand website you have exactly the same rights and guarantees as you would if you bought it from any high street store. Basically that means that anything you buy should be safe, should be of acceptable quality and should do what you’d normally expect it to do.

This is all backed up by a law called the Consumer Guarantees Act. Both Retailers and Manufacturers are bound to guarantee all goods that you buy.

We will not under any circumstances release any information of our customers including e-mail addresses to any third party, unless required by law. Once we receive your order, your personal information and details are isolated immediately on our secure server and are only passed onto our Secure Payment Gateway to finalise the transaction process

Your credit card details are never printed out and are not held in readable format on any server.

Back Orders

Should we have run out of a product at the time of ordering we will back order and advise you of an approximate delivery time. This will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as it becomes available.
